Renters liability insurance required, or can be obtained through landlord at $10.50 per month. If there are pets: Non refundable pet deposit $300 per pet. Re-occurring pet fee $25 per month per pet. Pet fees are if applicable. 2 pet maximum. No aggressive dog breeds. It's about $2,150 to move in including first months rent for most applicants.
